14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Email hello@somnflow.co.uk with your order number
- We will provide return instructions
- Ship the item back at your cost (unless faulty or incorrect)
Refunds
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund and cover all return costs.
Non-Returnable
For hygiene reasons, snuffle mats and lick mats that have already been used by a dog cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
