What is a snuffle mat?

A snuffle mat is a soft foraging mat with dense fleece folds. You hide your dog's kibble or treats in the folds and they use their nose to find it — turning mealtime into 10–15 minutes of calm, focused enrichment.

How does it calm my dog?

Foraging engages a dog's most natural instinct: the nose. Working out where the food is hidden tires the mind, and a mentally tired dog tends to settle, pace less and bark less afterwards.

Will my dog destroy it?

Ours is built for real dogs — double-stitched seams and no rigid plastic base to crack. Always supervise your dog, as no toy is completely chew-proof for determined chewers.

What size dogs is it for?

Suitable for puppies through to large breeds. Use their normal kibble or a few treats and supervise each session.

How do I clean it?

It's machine-washable. Shake out the crumbs, pop it in the wash, and air dry.

What's included in the Calm Kit?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free UK delivery on all orders. Dispatched within 1–2 business days from our UK warehouse and typically delivered in 3–7 business days.

What is your return policy?

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can cancel within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Email hello@somnflow.co.uk with your order number to start a return.

Is it safe?

Yes, when used as intended. Snout & Settle is an enrichment toy, not a substitute for veterinary or behavioural care. Always supervise your dog and remove the mat if it becomes damaged.
